Common use of Participant Application, Selection, and Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Participant Application, Selection, and Enrollment. a) During the period late winter through early spring, Contractor shall encourage Participants to complete applications and shall assist Participants with their applications. Contractor shall work with School Leadership to identify internet-connected computer stations at the School or Campus Site for youth to apply online using DYCD’s online application system, where applicable. Contractor should use its Program Facility/ies only where necessary. Contractor shall also distribute SYEP paper application forms, assist youth in completing their applications, and collect completed applications. All completed hard-copy applications submitted to the Contractor shall be entered by Contractor into the application management system designated by DYCD.
