Common use of Participant Application, Selection, and Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Participant Application, Selection, and Enrollment. a) During the period late winter through early spring, and later as necessary, DOE shall encourage Participants to complete applications and shall assist Participants with their applications. DOE shall maintain internet-connected computer stations at its intake facility for youth to apply online using DYCD’s online application system. DOE shall also distribute SYEP paper application forms, assist youth in completing their applications, and collect completed applications. All completed hard-copy applications submitted to the DOE shall be entered by DOE into the application management system designated by DYCD.
