If the Employer's Plan includes Participant deductible contributions ("DECs") made prior to April 16, 1987, the Advisory Committee must maintain a separate accounting for the Participant's Accrued Benefit attributable to DECs, including DECs which are part of a rollover contribution described in Section 4.03.
