Participant Duty to Terminate Participation or Subscription, as Applicable. If, as a result of a change made by Vendor in accordance with this Section 4(c), a Participant will not be able to comply with the Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements or does not otherwise desire to continue subscribing to the service, then such Participant shall as its sole remedy terminate its subscription to the service in accordance with the relevant Subscription Agreement’s terms.
