Prohibited Purposes. Neither Vendor, nor any Participant, may access or use the Health Data or any Proprietary Information of another party to compare patient volumes, practice patterns, or make any other comparison without all Participants’ written approval. Other uses of the Health Data (including but not limited to Vendor reselling de-identified data) are expressly prohibited under this Agreement without prior written approval from any Participant whose data would be involved.
Prohibited Purposes. Each of the purposes set out is a “Prohibited Purpose” in respect of the use of the Australia Post Data by the End User:

Prohibited Purposes. Except as provided in paragraph 4. above, Licensee may not:
(a) sublicense, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey any rights under this Agreement without NTIS’s prior approval.
(b) make the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) visible, searchable, harvestable, or in any way discoverable on the World Wide Web.
(c) make duplicates, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise make available the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) or information contained therein, in any form or medium, to any thirdparty.
(d) assert or authorize anyone to assert any proprietary rights to the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) in whole or in part or to represent the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) or any part of it as other than a United States Government Database;
(e) alter the specific data elements contained in Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) or compromise its integrity, or authorize anyone else to do so, but Licensee may reformat the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF); or SAMPLE
(f) make the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) in any form available to Licensee’s employees, contractors, subcontractors, or customers who are Persons and do not meet the requirements to be a Certified Person as set forth in 15 CFR 1110.102.
Prohibited Purposes. PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED OR LICENSED FOR USE IN ON-LINE CONTROL EQUIPMENT IN HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR CONTROL, OR DIRECT LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES, AND BAILEE SHALL NOT USE PRODUCTS IN SUCH APPLICATIONS.
Prohibited Purposes. Unless otherwise permitted by Applicable Law or a legally valid agreement, the Parties shall not access PHI, PII or other data related to this Agreement or the underlying Participation Agreement in order to sell such information. No Party shall access PHI, PII or other data related to this Agreement or the underlying Participation Agreement in order to unlawfully discriminate or unlawfully deny or limit access to medical services, or to prosecute or take any other adverse action against an individual who accesses medical services.
Prohibited Purposes. Lessee shall not conduct any business nor permit any unlawful and immoral practice to be committed on the Premises. Lessee shall not permit to be kept or used inflammable fluids or explosives on the Premises. Lessee shall not permit the Premises to be used for any purpose which will injure the reputation of the building or which will disturb the occupants of the building or the inhabitants of the neighborhood. Lessee shall not permit the Premises to be used for criminal activity including, but not limited to, violent criminal activity and/or illegal drug-related activity. "Illegal drug-related" activity means "the illegal manufacture, sale distribution, use or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute or use a controlled substance, as that is defined in the United States Controlled Substances Act, or as these terms may further defined under local ordinance or Indiana Law". In the event that Lessee violates this term of the Lease, Lessor may, at Lessor’s sole discretion, terminate this Lease.
Prohibited Purposes. Sale or redistribution of Limited Access DMF, or copying, modifying, or posting all or a portion of Limited Access DMF for the purpose of modifying it, or posting modified DMF on the public Internet are expressly prohibited under this Agreement. In addition, sublicensing or re-distributing the Limited Access DMF to another party, making it available to other parties via the World Wide Web or other gateway, or to otherwise making it available to users who are not Subscriber’s employees, contractors, or subcontractors who meet the requirements to be a Certified Person as set forth in 15 CFR 1110.102, are also prohibited.

Lessee(s) shall not permit a ny unlawful practices to be committed on the premises, nor shall he permit them to be used for any purpose that will increase the insurance rate, nor shall he permit to be kept or used on the premises inflammable fluids or explosives without the Lessor’s WRITTEN consent, nor permit premises to be used for any purpose which will injure the reputation of the building or distur b the inhabitants of the building or of the neighborho od. DWELLING MAY NOT BE USED AS A FACILITY FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES, OR AS OTHER SIMILAR FACILITY. DWELLING IS FOR RESIDENTIAL LIVING ONLY.
