Participant Funding Program. The Agency will administer a participant funding program that includes an Aboriginal funding envelope and a regular funding envelope. The Aboriginal Funding Envelope contributes limited funding specifically to Aboriginal groups to participate in and be consulted throughout the joint review process. The Regular Funding Envelope contributes limited funding to members of the public, not-for-profit organizations and Aboriginal people to participate in the joint review process.
