PARTICIPANTS IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION MEETINGS. Employees required by the Board to participate in grievance or disciplinary action meetings during scheduled working hours shall suffer no loss of pay in connection with the loss as a result of participation in such meetings. The Board shall attempt to schedule such meetings outside of scheduled working hours.
