Participation by Foreign Employees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Administrator may, in order to fulfill the purposes of the Plan, structure grants of Incentive Awards to Recipients who are foreign nationals or employed outside of the United States to recognize differences in applicable law, tax policy or local custom.
