Participation Credit. At the conclusion of a Resident’s appointment, either by termination or completion of the training program, the Residency Program Director shall determine whether or not to extend credit to Resident for participation in the Residency Program. It is recognized that specialty certification boards establish their own rules and regulations for the determination of credit towards board eligibility and certification for Board eligibility is independent of the decision of the Residency Program to grant credit for participation in the program.
