Participation in Advertising Campaigns. For a period of one year following the Effective Date, Partner agrees to review proposals by GroupLink inviting participation of Partner in GroupLink advertising campaigns, in certain GroupLink designated partner publications and in GroupLink related direct mail campaigns.

  • PARTICIPATION IN SIMILAR ACTIVITIES 1. Parties are not prevented by this MoU from participating and activities similar to those described in this document with third parties.
