Common use of Participation in Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be established, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee benefit plans of the Company, if any, consistent with those benefits provided to employees of similar position with the Company.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the TermService Period, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be established, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee benefit plans of Employer or its operating subsidiaries, any premiums for the Company, if any, consistent with those benefits provided to employees of similar position with the Companyabovementioned shall be paid by Employer.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be establishedestablished in substitution of or in addition to such employee benefit plans and arrangements, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee benefit plans of Employer. Employee's participation shall be made available on the Company, if any, consistent with those benefits same basis as provided to employees other senior executives of similar position with the CompanyEmployer and BearCom.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Employment Term, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee Employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be established, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee Employee benefit plans of the Company, if any, consistent with those benefits provided . Should the Employee not want to employees of similar position with participate in the Company’s health plan, with Board approval, the company will reimburse the Employee for the expense incurred in participating in another plan.

Employee shall in all events provide and pay the Companyfull costs of all medical and health insurance for Employee throughout the Service Period.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be established, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee benefit plans of the Company. Additionally, if any, consistent with those benefits provided Employee shall be added as an insured to employees of similar position with any director and officer insurance policy that the CompanyCompany hereafter procures.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term, Employee shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements now in effect or which may hereafter be he established, including, without limitation, all life, group insurance and medical care plans and all disability, retirement and other employee benefit plans of the Company. Additionally, if any, consistent with those benefits provided Employee shall be added as an insured to employees of similar position with any director and officer insurance policy which the CompanyCompany now has or hereafter procures.
