Common use of Participation in Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans and other executive perquisite plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation available for senior executive level officers of the Corporation. Executive and his dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunder.

Participation in Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans and other executive perquisite plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation available for senior executive level officers of the Corporation. Executive and his her dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his her commencement of employment hereunder.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the various retirementsuch health, group insurance, welfare, fringe benefitpension, group long-term disability plans and other executive perquisite employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements as are made generally available from time to time to senior executives of the Corporation available for Company (which shall include customary life insurance and disability plans), such participation in each case to be on terms and conditions no less favorable to Executive than to other senior executive level officers executives of the Corporation. Executive and his dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunderCompany generally.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Executive's employment, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the various retirementCompany's health insurance, welfarelife insurance and disability insurance plans to the extent permitted by law, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans and that may from time to time be available to other executive perquisite plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation available for senior executive level officers of the CorporationCompany. Executive and his dependentsThe Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any employee benefits at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunderany time for any reason.

Participation in Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in in, and receive benefits under, all present and future life, accident, disability, medical, pension, savings and all other similar benefits made available by the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans and Company to its senior executive officers on terms at least as favorable as those granted to other executive perquisite plans, programs and arrangements senior executives of the Corporation available for senior executive level officers of the CorporationCompany. Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all other welfare and his dependentsbenefit plans maintained by the Company and/or its subsidiaries, as the case may be, for their respective employees generally on terms at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and least as favorable as those granted to other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereundersenior executives.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans executive perquisite, and other executive perquisite expense reimbursement plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation available to the extent the Executive is eligible for senior executive level officers participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements, except that the Executive shall not participate in the Supplemental Retirement Plan of the Corporation. Executive and his dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunder.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-long term disability plans and other executive perquisite prerequisite plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation Company available for senior executive level officers of the CorporationCompany. The Executive and his dependents, at the Executive's request request, shall be enrolled in the CorporationCompany's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunder.

Executive and his dependentsThe Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any employee benefits at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunderany time for any reason.

Executive Corporation generally are eligible for participation under the terms of such plans, programs and his dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled in the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement of employment hereunderarrangements.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the various retirement, welfare, fringe benefit, group long-term disability plans executive perquisite, and other executive perquisite expense reimbursement plans, programs and arrangements of the Corporation available to the extent the Executive is eligible for senior executive level officers participation under the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, the Executive shall also be entitled to all benefits provided to him under the practices of the Corporation. Executive and his dependents, at Executive's request shall be enrolled Corporation as in effect immediately prior to the Corporation's health, life, disability and other insurance plans and programs immediately upon his commencement effective date of employment hereunderthis Agreement.
