PARTICIPATION IN ELECTIONS. 46.01 The TCHC policy concerning Participation in Elections, dated September 1, 2003 as may be amended from time to time, shall be applicable to Local 416 staff. The parties agree that any further improvements will be made in consultation with the union. FOR MEMORANDUM PURPOSES ONLY: A copy of the participation in elections as amended will be attached to this memorandum of agreement.
