Common use of Participation in Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Plans. During the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive stock option (as provided in this Agreement), savings and retirement plans, policies and programs maintained in force by the Company, including any qualified pension, profit sharing or other retirement plans, non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans, and other similar retirement and welfare benefit plans, programs and arrangements, provided that the Executive qualifies for participation in such plans, programs and arrangements pursuant to the terms thereof.

The Executive shall be informed by the Company when and if any of these apply.
