OMERS. The Employer and employee contributions are reduced to reflect the modified earnings of the employee. All other pension conditions are in accordance with the OMERS rules.
OMERS. The Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement System (O.M.E.R.S.) Pension Plan shall be available to all full-time and part-time employees according to the terms and conditions of the plan.
OMERS. Every full-time (Regular or Probationary) employee, as a condition of employment, shall join the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. All others who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Pension Benefits Act (PBA) will be given the option to join. Effective January 1, 1982, the Corporation agrees to provide a Supplementary Pension, Type I, payable in full at sixty-five (65) years of age, through the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System and inclusive of previous pension plans to equal to two percent (2%) of the employee's highest average sixty (60) consecutive months' earnings multiplied by his years of credited service at retirement (to a maximum of thirty-five (35) years of service) less the OMERS Integration Factor when a member is eligible for a pension under the Canada Pension Plan.
OMERS. The Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Pension plan shall apply and all nurses eligible and participating will contribute 50% of the cost thereof.
OMERS. The Board shall maintain its present share of the premium cost of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Plan (OMERS) for all full time employees.
OMERS. 7.01 The Company will continue to remit the Company and the Employee’s OMERS contributions in accordance with the Collective Agreement requirements, OMERS legislation and other plan documents; as per and to the extent required pursuant to OMERS.
OMERS. The Employer agrees to continue participation in the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Plan as provided by the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Systems Act.
OMERS. The Board shall be enrolled in the Ontario Municipal Employees’ Retirement System. The Board shall match the contribution from each employee who is enrolled in the system in accordance with the governing legislation for the basic plan.
OMERS. All permanent and probationary employees shall be enrolled in the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) plan. Details of the plan will be in accordance with OMERS policy.
OMERS. In addition to the Canada Pension Plan, every full-time employee shall join the Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement System Plan effective from date of hire. The Employer and the Employee shall make contributions in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.
