Common use of Participation in the Program Clause in Contracts

Participation in the Program. Each Member acknowledges that options that may be made available to Members participating in the Program and the procedures and conditions governing participation in the Program are set out in the Network Documents, copies of which each Member has received. Such procedures and conditions are incorporated herein in their entirety. Each Member further acknowledges that participation in the Network and use of Inventory at Resorts and of Points Partner Inventory are subject to the Network Documents.
