Participation Limitations Sample Clauses
The Participation Limitations clause sets boundaries on who can take part in a particular activity, program, or agreement. It may specify eligibility criteria such as age, residency, membership status, or other qualifications that participants must meet, and can also restrict the number of participants or the scope of their involvement. By clearly defining who is allowed to participate and under what conditions, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that only qualified individuals or entities are involved, thereby reducing potential disputes and managing risk.
