Common use of Parties’ Activities Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Activities. As of and after the Effective Date, as between the Parties, except as expressly provided herein or otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, each Party will be solely responsible for, and will bear all of the costs and expenses of, all its activities within its respective field (i.e., the Caribou Field with respect to Caribou and the Intellia Field with respect to Intellia), including all Development, Manufacturing and Commercialization activities.
