Program Reviews. The Contractor shall attend an annual program review with the GSA Program Office. These reviews may be held at the GSA or Contractor facility. Agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Task Order and Service Level Agreement performance against Task Order metrics, contract status, projected business volume forecast, upcoming opportunities, marketing, conferences, and any other outstanding issues. Program Reviews will be conducted at no additional cost to the Government.

Program Reviews. The MOA holder must participate with the Government in program reviews, if conducted, at a time and location of the Government's choice. The Government will provide advance notice of such meetings. Program reviews are to help monitoring, and improving contract performance, where necessary. The Government will not pay associated costs with the attendance at these reviews.
Program Reviews. The Contractor shall participate, as requested by GSA, in virtual program reviews on the progress of the GSA AdvantageSelect Program and this BPA. Reviews may occur periodically during the term of this agreement and if required will be scheduled by GSA.
