PARTIES AND BENEFICIARIES. Each Credit Document binds and inures to the parties to it and each of their respective successors and permitted assigns. Only those Persons may rely upon or raise any defense about this Agreement. No Company may assign or transfer any Rights or obligations under any Credit Document without first obtaining the consent of all the Lenders and the LC Issuing Bank, and any purported assignment or transfer without the consent of all the Lenders and the LC Issuing Bank is void.
