Parties and Coverage. 1.1.1 This Agreement is entered into by: The Secretary for Education (Secretary) acting under delegation from the State Services Commissioner made pursuant to section 23 and acting in accordance with section 74(5) of the State Sector Act 1988(external link) (as amended by the Employment Relations Act 2000); and The New Zealand Educational Institute Te Riu Roa (NZEI Te Riu Roa).

Parties and Coverage. 1.1.1 This Agreement is entered into by: The Secretary for Education (Secretary) acting under delegation from the State Public Services Commissioner made pursuant to section 23 Clause 6 of Schedule 3 and acting in accordance with section 74(5586(5) of the State Sector Education and Training Act 1988(external link) (as amended by the Employment Relations Act 2000)2020; and The New Zealand Educational Institute Te Riu Roa (NZEI Te Riu Roa).
