PARTIES BENEFITED; ASSIGNMENTS. This Agreement shall be binding upon Employee, Employee’s heirs and Employee’s personal representative or representatives, and upon Company and its respective successors and assigns. Employee hereby consents to the Agreement being enforced by any successor or assign of the Company without the need for further notice to or consent by Employee. Neither this Agreement nor any rights or obligations hereunder may be assigned by Employee, other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution.
