Common use of Parties Bound by Agreement Clause in Contracts

Parties Bound by Agreement. 16 This Agreement shall be binding upon the COUNTY, the CONSULTANT, and their 17 respective successors in interest, legal representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns 18 with respect to all covenants as set forth herein.
