Application or Notification Fees. Licensee shall pay all required Application Fees or Notification Fees, as applicable, in accordance with the Standards at the time it submits any Application for permission to install, own, lease, license, use, or operate an Attachment on a Utility Pole or a Network Node on an Eligible Pole or a Notification for a Mid-span Installation. An Application or Notification shall not be considered complete until the Application Fees or Notification Fees are paid in full.
