PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement will be binding on: (a) Sydney Anglican Home Mission Society (Employer); (b) all Employees performing work within the Employment Classifications in the part of the Employer’s business known as the Chesalon Division excluding head office executive administrative staff; (c) the New South Wales Nurses’ Association; (d) the Australian Nursing Federation; (e) the Health Services Union; (f) the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, New South Wales Branch.
