Common use of Parties’ Relationship Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Relationship. The Parties hereby agree that: 3.1 Distributor is an independent contractor and not an agent of the Company. This Agreement does not constitute a joint venture, agency or partnership between the Parties, nor does it create an employer-employee relationship. Neither Party is a legal representative, partner, franchisee, employee or associate of the other, legally or otherwise.
