Partner Account Fees. The Partner Account linked to your Account must be owned by you. You authorize Extra to contact the Partner Account and confirm ownership of the Partner Account. In the event that your Partner Account balance is less than $0 after Xxxxxx conducts an ACH debit as explained in Section 1.b.iii, Extra is not liable for any overdraft or NSF fees that may be imposed in your Partner Account.
