Common use of Partner Entities Clause in Contracts

Partner Entities. 21. Each Partner Entity will be responsible for the use of funds transferred by the Trustee and Activities carried out therewith in accordance with: (a) its own policies, guidelines, and procedures, including its framework to combat fraud and corruption; and (b) the applicable decisions of the Steering Committee, including the purpose for which the allocations of the funds have been approved as set out in the Transfer Agreement.
