Gender References All articles and clauses referred to in this Agreement apply equally to both male and female employees.

Other References Apart from this FSA, the Service Operator should also comply with the requirements / commitments set out in the respective Service Specification, and the Service Operator’s proposals and supplementary information, if any. Where these documents are in conflict, this FSA shall prevail. The Service Operator’s compliance with all these documents will be closely monitored by SWD.
Tariff References 2.5.1 Wherever any Commission ordered tariff provision or rate is cited or quoted herein, it is understood that said cite encompasses any revisions or modifications to said tariff. 2.5.2 Wherever any Commission ordered tariff provision or rate is incorporated, cited or quoted herein, it is understood that said incorporation or reference applies only to the entity within the state whose Commission ordered that tariff.
Patient Referrals The parties agree that the benefits to Group ----------------- hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the admission, referral or any other arrangements for the provision of any item or service offered by Manager or any affiliate of Manager to any of Group's Patients in any facility owned or controlled, managed or operated by Manager or any affiliate of Manager.
Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. Regulatory References A reference in this Agreement to a section in the HIPAA Rules means the section as in effect or as amended.
Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.
Presentation of Potential Target Businesses The Company shall cause each of the Initial Shareholders to agree that, in order to minimize potential conflicts of interest which may arise from multiple affiliations, the Initial Shareholders will present to the Company for its consideration, prior to presentation to any other person or company, any suitable opportunity to acquire an operating business, until the earlier of the consummation by the Company of a Business Combination or the liquidation of the Company, subject to any pre-existing fiduciary obligations the Initial Shareholders might have.
