Partnership Issues. Buyer and Seller agree that in the event Seller elects the Contribution Alternative in Section 2.4 of this Agreement, that Buyer shall assign this Agreement to Partnership, which shall assume all of Buyer's obligations hereunder. Partnership has joined in this Agreement for the purpose of agreeing to assume such obligations and be bound hereby if this Agreement is assigned to it.
