  • Replacement Parts Warranty If during the regular or extended warranty period’s faults develop, the Contractor shall promptly repair or, upon demand, replace the defective unit or component part affected. All costs for labor and material and transportation incurred to repair or replace defective Product during the warranty period shall be borne solely by the Contractor, and the State or Authorized User shall in no event be liable or responsible therefor.
