The provisions of this Schedule 2 shall neither affect nor replace the rights and obligations of the parties contained in: (a) Part D of the Network Code concerning the provision of information about changes to the Timetable Planning Rules and/or the Engineering Access Statement; and (b) Part G of the Network Code concerning the provision of information about Network Change, as defined in Part G. 1.
