Combined Network Category 1 Disruption. Subject to paragraphs 2, 3.4.1 and 3.5, Network Rail shall be liable in any Charging Period for a Normal Planned Disruption Sum in respect of each Combined Network Category 1 Disruption in respect of any Combined Network Base Service which is either: (a) Planned to depart its Origin in that Charging Period; or (b) is a Freight Access Right or CVL Freight Access Right (as the case may be) as described in sub-paragraph "(a)" of either such definition (as applicable) contained in Schedule 5 or Schedule 5 of the CVL TAC (Freight Services) which but for a Network Rail Early Notice Possession a Train Slot or CVL Train Slot in accordance with those rights would have been Planned to depart its Origin in that Charging Period.

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation.   • Client Categorisation 4.1. The client understands and accepts that each category of Clients has its individual level of regulative protection acknowledging that Retail Clients have the highest level of protection whereas Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties are considered to be more experienced, informed, skilled and able to estimate their risk, therefore are provided with a lower level of protection. 4.2. The Company will treat the Client as a Retail Client, Professional Client or Eligible Counterparty, depending on how the Client completes the Application Form and according to the method of categorisation as this method is explained under the title “Client Categorisation” (Appendix II), and by accepting this Agreement the Client accepts application of such method. 4.3. The Client accepts that when categorising the Client and dealing with him, the Company will rely on the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided by the Client in his Application Form and the Client has the responsibility to immediately notify the Company in writing if such information changes. 4.4. The Company has the right to review the Client’s Categorisation and change his Categorisation if this is deemed necessary (subject to Applicable Laws).

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
