Parts Warranty Terms. Rapiscan warrants to Buyer (and to no other party) that the Parts shall conform substantially to Rapiscan’s then-current applicable specifications for the Parts. Parts shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. Defects in a repaired or replaced Part shall be covered to the extent of the unexpired term of the applicable warranty period.
