Parts Warranty. Seller warrants the parts ordered from the Seller’s parts department to be free of defect in material or workmanship for either (1) a period of 12 months after date of shipment from the factory or (2) 2000 hrs of use or (3) the balance of the remaining new equipment warranty, whichever occurs first. With respect to parts ordered from the Seller’s parts department for Equipment that is no longer covered under this limited product warranty due to lapse of time or usage in excess of 4,000 hours of Critical Components, Seller warrants such parts to be free of defect in material or workmanship for a period of either 12 months after date of shipment from the factory or 2000 hrs of use, whichever occurs first.
Parts Warranty a) In addition, for two (2) years from the date of purchase, the Company, at its option, will repair or exchange all parts and components not listed above but that are found to have a bona fide defect in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use.
b) All spare parts purchased or supplied under warranty from our parts department, carry a 1 year replacement warranty.
Parts Warranty. Videojet warrants that: (i) non-consumable spare parts will conform to Videojet’s published specifications and shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 09 months from date of Invoice or Shipment and (ii) consumable spare parts, including, without limitation, filters, focusing lens, lens protectors, mirrors, knives, transport belts, feed rollers, thermal transfer print heads, print rollers and print platen pads, shall conform to Videojet’s published specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment.
Parts Warranty. In addition to the above, XXXX warrants that parts installed by XXXX or its authorized representatives or agents conforms to XXXX’ published specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship as follows: Purchased New parts: For a period of 365 days from date of installation or 425 days from the date of invoice, whichever comes first. Purchased Refurbished parts: For a period of 180 days from date of invoice. If XXXX repairs or replaces a part under warranty, relevant parts can be replaced with new or refurbished parts at XXXX’ discretion. The repaired or replaced part will be covered through the end of the original part warranty period set forth above but no repair or replacement will extend the original warranty period.
Parts Warranty. Terex warrants its OEM replacement parts ordered from the Terex Parts Department and installed by its Authorized Distributors to be free of defects in manufacture or materials for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment or the period remaining on the product warranty for the affected Product (if any), whichever is shortest. Terex warrants its Authorized Distributor-installed OEM replacement rubber tracks for its Products to be free of defects in manufacture or materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Reimbursement for any replacement rubber tracks which are subject to this warranty shall be on a Prorated Allowance basis, monthly, from the date of shipment. This parts warranty does not cover diagnostic time, removal, repair, installation, lost time, wages, freight, towing, dock or storage lens, duty or import fees or any other labor charges that may be associated with said part.

The Terex Construction Parties warrant the parts ordered from their respective Parts Departments to be free of defect in manufacture or materials for a period of 12 months from date of purchase from such Terex Construction Party. Parts filled during an equipment warranty repair will take on the remaining equipment warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE TEREX CONSTRUCTION PARTIES. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN. ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY The following items are NOT covered under this Warranty (the following list is not exhaustive):
Parts Warranty. (a) Videojet warrants that for the periods specified in clause 2(b) parts purchased from Videojet shall:
i) conform in all material respects with Videojet’s published specifications; and
ii) be free from material defects in design, materials and workmanship.
(b) This warranty period extends until:
i) Non-consumable Spare Parts - twelve (12) months from date of shipment;
ii) Consumable Spare Parts (including, without limitation, filters, focusing lens, lens protectors, mirrors, knives, transport belts, feed rollers, thermal transfer printheads, print rollers and print pattens)- at the time of shipment by Videojet;
iii) Refurbished Parts - ninety (90) days from the date of shipment.
Parts Warranty. Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty are guaranteed for the remainder of the warranty period. The parts warranty on batteries is pro-rated for one (1) year from the Xxxxxxx Company shipping date. Consumable parts, expected to wear from normal use, are not covered under the parts warranty. These consumable parts include, but are not limited to: belts, drive chains, brushes, pad drivers, filters, squeegees, tires [pro-rated for one (1) year on rider machines], skirts, hand grips, battery cables, power cords, cord restraints, external hoses, vacuum bags, fuses and carbon brushes. Battery chargers and accessories are warranted for one (1) year. After the warranty period expires, repair parts supplied by Xxxxxxx Company are warranted against defects for the period of ninety (90) days. The repair parts warranty only covers parts, not labor or travel. Labor and travel performed by a Xxxxxxx Company service representative are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date the repairs are completed. This policy does not cover work performed by any service company other than Xxxxxxx Company, and is restricted to the specific repair operation or component for which a claim is made. Videojet warrants used and refurbished parts for 90 days from the date of shipment. Videojet warrants laser tubes for the earlier of either (i) 2 years from installation; or (ii) 27 months from shipment.
