Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 7.1 Party B shall have the right to decide if signing each specific business contract with party A based on the related management regulations and credit approving procedures of China CITIC Bank, and shall have the right to inspect and supervise the fulfillment of each specific business contract at any time. 7.2 Party B shall keep the materials, documents and information provided by party A in confidentiality, except for the inquiries and disclosures according to laws, regulations or requirements by the authorities.
