Continuing Security This Security is a continuing security and will extend to the ultimate balance of the Secured Liabilities, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part.
Grant of Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the OPWC hereby grants to the Recipient financial assistance not to exceed the amount, as set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project.
Building Security Landlord may restrict access to and from the Premises and the Building outside of the ordinary business hours of the Building. Landlord may require identification of persons entering and leaving the Building during this period and, for this purpose, may issue Building passes to tenants of the Building.
Retention of Non-Transferred Obligations Any and all other rights and responsibilities of the NTO related to the ownership or operation of its transmission assets or to its rights to withdraw its assets from ISO control, that have not been specifically transferred to the ISO under this Agreement or otherwise addressed under this Agreement, will remain with the NTO.
Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.
PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($249,998). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG10R. Once this grant amount is fully expended, the loan amount, which is part of this Project Agreement, will be drawn on for disbursing the remaining OPWC obligations contained in this Agreement. An exception applies if the loan amount is necessitated for the local share. In which case, grant and loan assistance will be disbursed concurrently. LOAN
Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.
Disclosure upon assignment and novation You hereby consent, in connection with any, or any proposed, novation, assignment, transfer or sale of any of our rights and/or obligations with respect to or in connection with your card account(s) and any facilities and services available in connection with the card to any novatee, assignee, transferee, purchaser or any other person participating or otherwise involved in such, or such proposed, transaction, to the disclosure, to any such person, by us, of any and all information relating to you, your card account(s) with us, this agreement and any security, guarantee and assurance provided to secure your obligations thereunder and any other information whatsoever which may be required in relation thereto.
OPERATIVE PROVISIONS 1. In this Agreement words and expressions which are defined in the General Conditions of Contract shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the General Conditions of Contract.
Special Assignment Pay Assignments eligible for special assignment pay include any Officer or Sergeant assigned as an investigator or detective to the Criminal Investigations Unit, Narcotic=s Unit, a Team Detective, or any other assignment so designated by the Department Head. Limited duty assignments or assignments of less than 90 days are excluded from receiving special assignment pay. If while serving in the positions covered by this section the task/job is moved to another team/unit, the officer assigned will continue to receive special assignment pay only while performing the same job/task. Police Officer, non-uniform Sergeants and assignments receiving special assignment pay are not promotional positions. Any Police Officer or non-uniform Sergeants assigned to a position specified in this section are subject to the provisions of this contract and management rights and will, in addition to his regular salary, be paid one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) for each month he serves in that capacity. If he leaves the position without serving a full month, the pay will be allocated as follows: fifty dollars ($ 50.00) if leaving between the 1st and 15th day inclusive, and one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) if leaving between the 16th day and last day of the month inclusive. This Article does not preclude short term assignments up to ninety (90) calendar days without receiving special pay, nor does it entitle the person assigned, on a short term basis, to clothing allowance. Clothing allowance will be paid to all personnel, assigned by order and not working in uniform, during the time they are receiving special assignment pay. Assignments due to sickness, injury, or medical disability are not eligible for any benefit described in this Section.
