Common use of Passage of Resolution Clause in Contracts

Passage of Resolution. A Founding Agency or other Member Agency shall become a party hereto by the passage of a resolution by its governing body approving this Agreement and authorizing execution of the same by its officers. This Agreement shall become effective upon such approval, and execution of a counterpart by all of the Founding Agencies and filing of the executed Agreement as required by law.
