Patents in Force. To the best of LICENSOR's and SCSC's knowledge with respect to their own intellectual property, all of the patents listed on Schedule A hereto are currently in force. LICENSOR assumes no obligation for the future costs for the maintenance of the intellectual property rights listed in Schedule A and shall not be obligated to maintain such intellectual property rights.
