Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights means and include all of each Pledgor’s present and future right, title and interest in and to the following: all trade names, patent applications, patents, trademark applications, trademarks and copyrights, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Pledgor, including, without limitation, those listed on Schedule A hereto, including all proceeds thereof (such as, by way of example, license royalties and proceeds of infringement suits), the right to xxx for past, present and future infringements, all rights corresponding thereto throughout the world and all reissues, divisions, continuations, renewals, extensions and continuations-in-part thereof, and the goodwill of the business to which any of the patents, trademarks and copyrights relate.
