PATHNET OPERATING AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS. PathNet shall pay for the operating and administration costs on Segments A and B, as set forth in SECTION 3 of SCHEDULE C as such costs are actually incurred and become due and payable in the course of PathNet's performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
