Common use of Pathnet Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Pathnet Responsibilities. Pathnet shall (i) manage the cutover process for the System, (ii) perform such cutover in accordance with the Cutover Plan and (iii) notify Incumbent of the circuit activity that will occur upon Commissioning of each path or Segment and the impact that such activity may have on the Incumbent's existing system. Promptly after each site has been cutover, Pathnet shall notify Incumbent of the completion of such cutovers.
