PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (PPACA) EMPLOYER SHARED RESPONSIBILITY. If the Services involve Supplier furnishing UC with temporary or supplementary staffing, Supplier warrants that: A. If Supplier is an Applicable Large Employer (as defined under Treasury Regulation Section 54.4980H-1(a)(4)): 1. Supplier offers health coverage to its full-time employees who are performing Services for UC; 2. Supplier’s cost of enrolling such employees in Supplier’s health plan is factored into the fees for the Services; and 3. The fees for the Services are higher than what the Services would cost if Supplier did not offer health coverage to such full-time employees.
