Common use of Patient Referrals and Payments Clause in Contracts

Patient Referrals and Payments. Service Company and Group agree that the benefits to Group hereunder do not require, are not payment for and are in no way contingent upon referral, admission or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Service Company. Further, Service Company and Group agree that the payment of monies hereunder in no way represents the division, sharing, splitting or other allocation of fees for Dental Services between Group and Service Company.
