Common use of Pay for Newly Hired Clause in Contracts

Pay for Newly Hired. Newly hired Supported Education Assistants will be paid at their hourly rate of pay for each hour of approved training completed. If said employees take additional hours beyond the approved required six (6) hours, they will be paid at their hourly rate of pay for each hour of approved training completed beyond their contract workday.
