Pay Periods In Which Deductions Are Made. Union membership dues for the current calendar month will be deducted from the pay received by the employee for the first full pay period falling in the month. If an employee does not have sufficient net earnings in the first full pay period falling in the month, a Union membership dues deduction will be made in the next subsequent pay period ending in the month in which the employee has sufficient net earnings to cover such deduction, and not thereafter.
