Paycheck Computation. An employee shall be provided sufficient information to determine the basis upon which his/her pay was calculated. Employees are to review paycheck computations for accuracy and call to the Employer’s attention, any errors or inaccuracies.

  • Time Computation Saturday, Sunday and holidays recognized by this Agreement shall not be counted under the time procedures established in this Agreement.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Balance Computation Method For all dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends are calculated by the average daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the average daily balance for the average daily balance calculation period. The average daily balance is determined by adding the full amount of the principal in Your Account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Accrual on Noncash Deposits. For dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends will begin to accrue on the business day that You deposit noncash items (e.g. checks) into Your Account.

  • Interest Computation In computing interest on the Obligations, all checks, wire transfers and other items of payment received by Silicon (including proceeds of Receivables and payment of the Obligations in full) shall be deemed applied by Silicon on account of the Obligations three Business Days after receipt by Silicon of immediately available funds, and, for purposes of the foregoing, any such funds received after 12:00 Noon on any day shall be deemed received on the next Business Day. Silicon shall not, however, be required to credit Borrower's account for the amount of any item of payment which is unsatisfactory to Silicon in its sole discretion, and Silicon may charge Borrower's loan account for the amount of any item of payment which is returned to Silicon unpaid.

  • Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate or to the extent such Loan bears interest based upon the Base Rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Computation In the event the Prime Rate is changed from time to time hereafter, the applicable rate of interest hereunder shall be increased or decreased, effective as of the day the Prime Rate is changed, by an amount equal to such change in the Prime Rate. All interest chargeable under the Loan Documents shall be computed on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • VALUATION SUPPORT AND COMPUTATION ACCOUNTING SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following valuation support and computation accounting services for each Fund:  Journalize investment, capital share and income and expense activities;  Maintain individual ledgers for investment securities;  Maintain historical tax lots for each security;  Corporate action processing as more fully set forth in the SLDs;  Reconcile cash and investment balances of each Fund with the Fund’s custodian or other counterparties as applicable;  Provide a Fund’s investment adviser, as applicable, with the cash balance available for investment purposes at start-of-day and upon request, as agreed by the parties;  Calculate capital gains and losses;  Calculate daily distribution rate per share;  Determine net income;  Obtain security market quotes and currency exchange rates from pricing services approved by a Fund’s investment adviser, or if such quotes are unavailable, then obtain such prices from the Fund’s investment adviser, and in either case, calculate the market value of each Fund’s investments in accordance with the Fund's valuation policies or guidelines; provided, however, that BNY Mellon shall not under any circumstances be under a duty to independently price or value any of the Fund's investments, including securities lending related cash collateral investments (with the exception of the services provided hereunder to Funds utilized for such cash collateral investments), itself or to confirm or validate any information or valuation provided by the investment adviser or any other pricing source, nor shall BNY Mellon have any liability relating to inaccuracies or otherwise with respect to such information or valuations; notwithstanding the foregoing, BNY Mellon shall follow the established procedures and controls to identify exceptions, tolerance breaches, etc. and to research and resolve or escalate any pricing inaccuracies;  Application of the established automated price validation rules against prices received from third party vendors and review of exceptions as identified;  Calculate Net Asset Value in the manner specified in the Fund’s Offering Materials (which, for the service described herein, shall include the Fund’s Net Asset Value error policy);  Calculate Accumulated Unit Values (“AUV”) for select funds as mutually agreed upon between the parties;  Transmit or make available a copy of the daily portfolio valuation to a Fund’s investment adviser;  Calculate yields, portfolio dollar-weighted average maturity and dollar-weighted average life as applicable; and  Calculate portfolio turnover rate for inclusion in the annual and semi-annual shareholder reports.  For money market funds, obtain security market quotes and calculate the market-value Net Asset Value in accordance with the Fund’s valuation policies and guidelines at such times and frequencies as required by regulation and/or instruction from TRP.

  • Fiscal and Taxable Year The fiscal and taxable year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.

  • Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour.

  • Daily Computation The Investment Manager shall determine on each business day whether the aggregate Term to date Fund Operating Expenses for any class of a Fund exceed the Operating Expense Limit, as such Operating Expense Limit has been pro-rated to the date of such determination (the “Pro-Rated Expense Cap”). If, on any business day, the aggregate Term to date Fund Operating Expenses for any class of a Fund do not equal the Pro-Rated Expense Cap for that class, the amount of such difference shall be netted against the previous day’s accrued amount for Excess Amounts or Recoupment Amounts (as defined below), and the difference shall be accrued for that day as an Excess Amount or Recoupment Amount as applicable.
