Schedules and Overtime. This Article recognizes the fact that the Company must provide uninterrupted continuous service to our customers, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, as a matter of public safety and health. In accordance with Article 2 within this Agreement, the Company retains the right to manage the business and direct the work and workforce, including the right to determine schedules and require overtime, subject to the rules listed below.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.
