Payment and Billing Information; Late Fees. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you hereby authorize Fluke (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of the applicable annual fee for your Licensed Services Plan (including any Applicable Taxes and other charges) during the Term (each, a “Payment”). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your access to the Licensed Services may be suspended or cancelled, in accordance with applicable law. You must resolve any problem we encounter with the Payment to resume your access to and use of the Licensed Services. In the event you wish to change or update payment information associated with your Fluke account, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information. You acknowledge and agree that the amount billed and charged may vary due to changes to your Licensed Services Plans, promotional discounts, or changes in Applicable Taxes, other charges, including late Payment charges, and you hereby authorize Fluke (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the corresponding amount. All amounts payable by you under this SSA will be paid to us without set- off or counterclaim, and without any deduction or withholding.

  • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • MASTER CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide information regarding this Master Contract, including scope and pricing, to eligible Purchasers.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.

  • Master Contract Sales Reporting System Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile.

  • TIMELINESS OF BILLING SUBMISSION The parties agree that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognize that the City is on a fiscal year. All xxxxxxxx for dates of service prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later that the first Friday in August of the same year.

  • Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:

  • Verizon OSS Information 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Verizon grants to CBB a non-exclusive license to use Verizon OSS Information.

  • Seller Financial Information If requested by Buyer, Seller shall deliver to Buyer (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each fiscal year, a copy of Seller’s annual report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year (or audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year if otherwise available) and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of its first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of such Party’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal quarter. In all cases the statements shall be for the most recent accounting period and shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; provided, however, that should any such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default so long as such Party diligently pursues the preparation, certification and delivery of the statements.
