Payment and Sales Tax. Tempest Telecom accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for all purchases and services. All other forms of payment are accepted on pre approval only. • Tempest Telecom charges sales tax on all shipments to Arizona destinations. • Equipment is shipped subject to receipt of a completed and signed service agreement from the customer and agreement of future payment for all debts. Acceptance of this agreement and acceptance of equipment is the CUSTOMER’s guarantee to pay all debts.
